Welcome, I'm Carol

I am a UX research leader with 13 years of experience creating intuitive, user-centered digital experiences. I bring deep insight from 10+ years of direct user research to inform strategy and improve experiences for customers. I am routinely focused on clarity, usability, and aligning design with real customer needs.

At Discover, I currently provide strategic oversight to all things related to customers at the start of becoming a customer.

At Centralis, I conducted over 2,000 hours of customer interviews and gained experience in a wide range of research methods and interaction design across financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, and travel industries.

Prior to Centralis, I designed and led UX research for Northwestern University. I also worked at Accenture, honing a diverse range of skills from conducting usability studies to project management and design for internal applications.

Outside of work, I enjoy knitting, spending time with family and friends at my RV, and staying up to date on the latest in electric vehicle technology.
